Halo Reach Daily and Weekly Challenges Guide - 12/24/12

The Challenges: 
Gunslinger - Kill 40 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 3500cR
So you have one other multiplayer Matchmaking challenge today, which is asking you to score three sprees in Matchmaking today. Well, that will likely not get you to forty kills if you go the Living Dead playlist as it will be done pretty quick. Once you have that challenge done, I would head to the Grifball playlist so you can score a bunch of kills extremely easily. If you are not hitting Living Dead though, completing that challenge might get this done for you.


A Satisfied Thirst - Kill 250 Grunts in Firefight Matchmaking. - 1875cR
Well, along with the one other Firefight Matchmaking challenge today, "Killagruntjaro!", this one will be pretty damn easy. Grunts are the easiest enemies to kill and they can simply be headshot for the easy kill. Gruntpocalypse in the Score Attack playlist will allow you to score about a hundred and twenty kills per game in the Score Attack playlist. Might take about three games as you will likely end up just short of two-hundred and fifty kills with two games.


Killagruntjaro! - Earn 10 multikills in a Firefight Matchmaking game. - 1100cR
A multikill in Firefight Matchmaking is earned when you score multiple kills within about one second of each other and you can do this with up to ten kills for nine multikills. These should come pretty easily and, if you are doing Gruntpocalypse for the "A Satisfied Thirst" challenge, Grunts are the easiest enemies from which to get multikills. This is simple to get in a single try so no need to go out of your way for it.


Streaky Shooter - Earn 3 sprees in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2000cR
A spree in multiplayer Matchmaking is earned when you score five kills in a row in a match without dying. Typically, you will see these as Killing Spree, Killing Frenzies, etc. Since this challenge does not stipulate "killing sprees" that means you can also do weapon sprees and generic sprees. This makes Living Dead a great playlist for this challenge so you can also get Killing Sprees, Shotgun Sprees, and Zombie Killing Sprees. Get this done in a single match if all goes well.

The Weekly Challenge:
Multiplicative - Earn 200 Multikills in multiplayer Matchmaking this week. - 25000cR

Well, this is the exact same Weekly Challenge as last week. I guess since Halo 4 is in full swing now, they simply are putting less and less into Reach. A multikill in multiplayer Matchmaking is earned when you score multiple kills within four seconds of each other. You can do this with up two ten kills for nine multikills. Now, two-hundred over the next week means about thirty a day, with some room to do less than that. The best playlist for this challenge will be Grifball, as you can get these thirty multikills in two to three matches, or one if you have a really good game.
