Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 11/30/11

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below! As a note, I am no longer writing on Examiner.com due to a lack of time.

The Challenges:
More than a Handful - Kill 125 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2500cR
A hundred and twenty-five enemies is a lot to hit in a single day in multiplayer Matchmaking, especially with only one daily challenge focused on multiplayer. However, due to the two-hundred Multikills needed for the Weekly Challenge, in which you should be getting about thirty multikills a day, you should have some extra kills coming in. Grifball and Multi Team are both great playlists in which to get kills and will likely be the best options for you.

Flat Tire - Kill 10 enemy vehicles in Firefight Matchmaking. - 2343cR
Automatically the most annoying challenge of the day. To get this challenge done you will need to play Score Attack on the map Holdout. Every two to four minutes a Banshee will be spawned on the level. Make the game last down to the last second and you will likely end up with three to five Banshee kills. For gametypes, stick to Sniper, Rocket, or FRG Attack. 2X Score Attack does not work for this challenge, likely due to the increased damaged of all the weapons. Expect this to take three to two games.

...Is a Virtue - Score 60,000 points in any Campaign mission with less than 3 deaths. - 4500cR
This is easy enough to get by playing the level New Alexandria. Put it on Heroic difficulty and turn on scoring and the Iron, Famine, Tough Luck, Catch, and Thunderstorm Skulls. Once the level starts, go fly around in the Falcon and just kill Banshees and Phantoms. It is pretty simple. You can actually stop before you get to sixty-thousand points and the time bonus should take care of the rest.

Sweep the Leg - Perform an Assassination in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2000cR
Performing an assassination, if you have never done so before, is much like a melee. Basically, you will need to be behind an opponent and will then need to hold down which ever button you have melee set to. This will trigger and assassination. In terms of maps and gametypes, stick to a small map for this challenge and a two team gametype is probably best. I always have a lot of success on Team Snipers, but likely you can get this challenge done in any playlist.

Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 11/29/11

Sorry about the extreme lateness of this guide today.  Having a small bout with the flu since last night and was not in a good state this morning.  Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below! As a note, I am no longer writing on Examiner.com due to a lack of time.

The Challenges:
Light Fare - Kill 100 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 3000cR
You should have no trouble completing this challenge as the other Daily Challenges simply take care of it. You will likely be playing a game or two of Firefight Doubles or Arcade for the "Support Structure" challenge and a level or two of Campaign for the "Return of the Mack" challenge. Finally, it is off to multiplayer Matchmaking for the "Five-time Champ" challenge. No sweat.

Support Structure - Earn 30 assists in Firefight Matchmaking. - 2250cR
Getting assists in Firefight Matchmaking requires that you have teammates. This means that you will need to play in Firefight Doubles or Firefight Arcade. Personally, I think Doubles is easier if you happen to get a teammate with a microphone or already have someone to play with. Just communicate with your teammate, indicate that you are going for assists and work together. Help him/her get assists as well or at least offer. It makes everything run much more smoothly and lets you get back to what matters, killing Covenant.

Return of the Mack - Kill 50 Elites in Campaign today on Normal or harder. - 1700cR
The easiest way to do this is to play the level ONI: Swordbase twice. The level features tons of Elites and is not at all difficult to play through. I typically would play this on Heroic just to minimize the number of kills stolen by your AI teammates. You can also play on Normal, but likely you will end up with slightly less Elite kills. This will likely require two playthroughs of the level but should not be too difficult.

Five-time Champ - Win 5 games in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 4343cR
Winning five games should not be too much of a hassle today as you will likely be playing Multiplayer anyway for the Weekly Challenge. Stick to gametypes with only two teams as that will raise your chances of winning. Play with friends if you can and stick to gametypes you know and love. Me? I'll likely be in Grifball, working on some of those multikills. Take breaks if you are not doing well and relax. Hardly anyone plays well when he/she is frustrated and upset. Come back after a little while and get back to grinding out wins.

Halo Reach Daily and Weekly Challenges Guide - 11/28/11

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below! As a note, I am no longer writing on Examiner.com due to a lack of time.

The Challenges:
Fire When Ready - Kill 50 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 3000cR
Regardless of the Weekly Challenge today, whichever one they choose, you should have no trouble getting a measly fifty kills in multiplayer today. Expect this to take you three or four games or less than that if you play Grifball or Multi Team. I guess go for Multikills and wins as well, until we know what the Weekly actually is?

Flat Tire - Kill 10 enemy vehicles in Firefight Matchmaking. - 2343cR
This, as usual, will be one of the more irritating challenges of the day. The only sure way to get vehicle kills in Firefight is to play the map Holdout. It will spawn a Banshee for you to kill every two to four minutes. Seems that the faster you kill them the faster they spawn. As for gametype, stick to Sniper, Rocket, and FRG Attack. Do not play 2X Score Attack as vehicle kills in that playlist apparently do not count towards this challenge.

Short, Controlled Bursts - Kill 200 enemies with automatic weapons in the Campaign today. - 3000cR
The best way that I have seen to do this is to just keep running through the level Winter Contingency on Normal until it is complete. There is an abundance of automatic weapons on the level (AR, Needler, Plasma Repeater) so do not be afraid to drop almost empty weapons. The Covenant weapons are just as good against the Covies as some human weapons. Expect this to take two or three playthroughs.

Fortified Court - Kill 150 enemies on Courtyard in Firefight Matchmaking. - 2250cR
This will take you two games of Firefight in the Score Attack playlist. Any gametype is fine and should be easy enough for the first game. For the second game you can choose Crashsite on this level, hopefully, and then get the remaining kills. Now, if you have a friend to play with, Firefight Doubles will also be a good option and will allow you to get this all done in a single, albeit slightly longer game.

The Weekly Challenge:
Clear Eyes, Full Hearts - Win 50 games in multiplayer Matchmaking this week. - 30343cR?
Multiplicative - Earn 200 Multikills in multiplayer Matchmaking this week. - 25000cR?
So, who the hell knows what is going on here? I sure don't. We basically have two Weekly listed but apparently "Clear Eyes, Full Hearts" was a two week challenge? More than likely, this will be sorted out sometime today, but I will put in an update once I get home from work and write a guide for the real Weekly challenge.

Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 11/27/11

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below! As a note, I am no longer writing on Examiner.com due to a lack of time.

The Challenges:
Blastin' and Relaxin' - Kill 180 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 2343cR
No need to worry about this challenge today as you will be going for a thousand kills in Firefight Matchmaking on the map Waterfront. That takes care of every kill you will need so go and focus on the other challenges.

Take a Dip - Kill 1000 enemies on Waterfront in Firefight Matchmaking. - 3000cR
This is the big challenge of the day though "Make a Wish..." will also be fairly challenging. A thousand kills is a lot to get in one day and even more so on one map. I am urging you to play Score Attack just so you have the ability to choose the map you will be playing on. Gruntpocalypse will be the easiest gametype, if available, and will get you a hundred and twenty (+/-) kills a game. Doing the math, this come out to nine games which will need to be played on Waterfront to get this challenge finished. It just takes time. There is nothing exceedingly difficult about this map but it definitely is a good idea to keep moving around. Good luck.

Weapon Swap - Earn 10 sprees in a Firefight Matchmaking game on Heroic or harder. - 2000cR
This should be relatively easy to get but it will require you to die once. You can get up to fifty kills while getting a spree medal every ten kills. That will get you five but then the next spree medal is at a hundred and then five-hundred. Clearly those are useless to you. Once you hit fifty kills, die on purpose. Grenade yourself or just let the Covies take you. Then you will want to start over and get fifty consecutive kills again so you get another five sprees. That should leave you at ten and with a completed challenge.

Make a Wish... - Earn a Running Riot in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 5000cR
A Running Riot is awarded when you score fifteen kills in a row in multiplayer Matchmaking. These streak cannot be interrupted by death or a round ending. This will be difficult in general, hence the five-thousand credit value, but if you are in the right playlist it should make everything easier. Living Dead, if you get a legit-campable map is likely your best avenue for this. Team Objective might also be good if you know of any good ambush spot for certain gametypes on certain maps. This will take a large amount of games, most likely, but remember that this is the last day of the Weekly Challenge so finish that off as well.

Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 11/26/11

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below! As a note, I am no longer writing on Examiner.com due to a lack of time.

The Challenges:
Light Fare - Kill 100 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 3000cR
You will need to go out of you way for this challenge today as the other challenges will definitely not get you this challenge. However, you will be working on the Weekly Challenge unless you have already completed it so that is sure to get you some kills as well. Remember that these a hundred kills can be done in any game mode so you are certainly not limited in your options.

Not as Clumsy or Random... - Earn 5 kills with precision weapons in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2000cR
Five kills with a precisions weapon in multiplayer is most likely commonplace for most players and can be done in a multitude of playlists. The easiest playlists are obviously the ones that start you with precision weapons, like Team SWAT, Team Snipers, MLG, and The Arena. Snipers and SWAT both feature one-shot headshot kills which makes them even more enticing but you really should not have an issue getting five kills in any of the other playlists mentioned. This should take you a single game to complete.

Stronger, Harder - Complete a Campaign mission on Heroic with Famine, Tough Luck, and Thunderstorm on. - 4000cR
The easiest and fastest way to get this challenge completed is to do a speedrun of Nightfall. You can run the entire level on Heroic difficulty in about five to seven minutes. A guide to running through the level can be seen here and video can be seen here. If you do not feel like running Nightfall, Winter Contingency and New Alexandria are also great levels to play through that are not too difficult.

Came From Behind - Perform 2 Assassinations in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2200cR
Assassinations are rare events that only happen every so often in game. You will need to score two in a single game to complete this challenge. Personally, I think Team Snipers is the best for this challenge if you have a small map. Small maps give you the ability to quickly sneak around your opponents while they are concentrating on killing only what they can see with their sniper scope. If you can perform assassinations on players on inclines, they will occur faster and allow you to move on to your next opponent quicker.

Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 11/25/11

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below! As a note, I am no longer writing on Examiner.com due to a lack of time.

The Challenges:
More than a Handful - Kill 125 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2500cR
Generally easy challenges today and these should all be doable while going for your fifty wins this week. A hundred and twenty-five wins will likely take a decent chunk of games but you will also likely be playing a lot for the Weekly Challenges. The other daily challenges will not get you these challenges so you will need to go out of your way to get this one done but it should not take too long.

Neuroscience - Kill 10 enemies with headshots in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2400cR
Whether you want to do Team SWAT or Team Snipers, either one will be good for this challenge. You simply need ten kills via headshots. Both of these playlist will give you weapons and setting that have one-shot headshots so scoring kills is simplistic. Remember that this challenge needs to be completed in a single game. If you are having trouble then go for Objective gametypes if they come up. Objective gametypes only have time limits so you tend to get more kills.

T-Hug It Out - Kill 6 enemies with close quarters combat in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2400cR
Grifball is a playlist that is practically tailor made for this challenge. Every kill you can possibly get with this gametype is a close quarters combat kill. This include Gravity Hammer, Energy Sword, and Bomb melee kills. Seriously, this should take the first round of your first game.

A Solid Outing - Earn at least 15 kills in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 1500cR
Since you will be venturing into Grifball for the "T-Hug It Out" challenge, this challenge should be easily accomplished as well. Fifteen kills is below the typical kill count for just about everyone on Grifball, sparing that you are not being spawn killed or have a really lopsided set of teams. This should only take a single game but if you fall short you will likely have it done the next game.

Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 11/24/11

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below!

The Challenges:
Covenant-cide - Kill 120 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking. - 3200cR
Exceedingly easy challenges today and all can be completed in a single game of Firefight Matchmaking. I will advise you to play Gruntpocalypse in the Score Attack playlist since you are aiming for a hundred headshots and Grunts are the easiest Covies to score headshot kills on. A hundred and twenty kills is how many enemies you will typically face in a game of Gruntpocalypse. Go for a large map since once the Grunts get close they will start throwing grenades and will likely kill themselves, taking kills away from you.

Scoped - Kill 100 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking with precision weapons. - 2000cR
This and the "Hyper Lethal Vector" challenge go hand in hand. There is no need for me to write everything out twice, and for you to have to read it twice, so look at "Hyper Lethal Vector" for the challenge info, tips, and strategy for completion.

Hyper Lethal Vector - Kill 100 enemies with headshots in Firefight Matchmaking. - 2000cR
The best gametype for this challenge is Gruntpocalypse. First off, the gametype start you off with a precision weapon capable of scoring headshots (the Designated Marksman Rifle). Secondly, Grunts are the easiest Covenant enemies to headshot, by a wide margin. The only thing you need to worry about in Gruntpocalypse is the Grunts killing themselves before you have a chance to headshot them. Remember to keep your distance and you should be fine. As well, the Ultra Grunts will require and extra headshot to knock off their helmet. After that it is another shot to score the kill.

Survivor - Earn 7 Sprees in a Firefight Matchmaking game. - 2000cR
Unfortunately, to complete this challenge, you will need to die once, after getting one or two sprees. In Firefight Matchmaking, you get a spree every ten kills until you get to fifty. After that, you get another spree and a hundred kills and then at five hundred kills. You will be unable to get five hundred kills in any Firefight Matchmaking game, therefore you will need to die to start over the count. It is safest to die after you get two spree and then get the other five. You can also die after a single spree and then go for the six sprees by getting a hundred kills. Either way, the choice lies with you.

Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 11/23/11

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below!

The Challenges:
Shootin' and Lootin' - Kill 150 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 2250cR
No overly hard challenges today but, as well, none of the Daily Challenges really seem like they will put you over the top for this challenge. Do remember, however, about the Weekly Challenge which has you going for about eight wins a day. With the other challenges today this still might not put you over a hundred and fifty kills. I would suggest going for more wins today and building yourself a cushion until you get a hundred and fifty kills. That way you will not be pressing during the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Return of the Mack - Kill 35 Elites in Campaign today on Normal or harder. - 3000cR
Best way to complete this challenge is to run ONI: Swordbase on Heroic difficulty. A single playthrough of the level should get you about thirty-five to forty Elite kills which will be more than enough for this challenge. Try to stay ahead of your AI teammates so you can make sure you get the kills. You actually only need to put some shots on the Covies and do some damage to get credit for the kill but I would rather be safe than sorry. If you fall just short, simply restart the mission and end it once you have hit thirty-five.

Killing Frenzy - Earn a Killing Frenzy in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 4000cR
A Killing Frenzy in multiplayer Matchmaking is ten kills all within four seconds of each other that are uninterrupted by your death or the game ending or a round ending. Living Dead is typically a very good place to get this challenge taken care of, as long as you are a survivor. The other downfall to this is that you are less likely to get wins in this mode as it is a Free-For-All playlist. Team Objective is also another place in which you can get big killing sprees if you are careful. However, Living Dead is still typically the best.

Sweep the Leg - Perform an Assassination in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2000cR
All you need to do for this challenge is to perform a single Assassination in multiplayer. You can do this in practically any playlist. The only one with gametypes that are not good for this challenge is Action Sack. Besides that, however, this challenge should be exceedingly easy and will just happen in your regular course of playing. Just simply play through for the other challenges and you should be able to finish off this one whenever the opportunity presents itself. Easy as pie.

Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 11/22/11

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below!

The Challenges:
Blastin' and Relaxin' - Kill 180 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 2343cR
This challenge should be taken care of today by the other Daily Challenges and the Weekly Challenge. If you do, somehow, manage to fall short, load up a game of Firefight Matchmaking and you should be able to easily finish off the a hundred and eighty required kills. Honestly, though, that probably will not be necessary.

Be Their Huckleberry - Kill 100 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking with the pistol. - 2500cR
Now, this should be possible to complete in a single game of Firefight Matchmaking. You will want to pick Gruntpocalypse as it start you with a DMR and a Magnum Pistol. 2X Score Attack starts you with a DMR and an AR. Simply headshot the grunts with the pistol to get kills as fast as possible. You will not have unlimited ammunition so you will need to stay near ammo crates. As well, you might very well run out of time if you select a large map so pick a small one to make things easier. You should be able to finish this in one game, but just load up another if you fall short.

Fourth Horseman - Earn 4 multikills in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2000cR
If you want this challenge to be extremely easy, my advice is to play either Grifball or Multi Team. Due to all the carnage that goes on in those playlists, multikills are exceedingly common. To get a multikill in multiplayer Matchmaking you must score consecutive kills within four seconds of each other. You need four multikills for this challenge which means you can simply get a Killtacular and be done with the challenge. However, you will most likely get a collection of Double and Triple Kills to complete the challenge.

The Magic Number - Complete 7 games in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 3000cR
You should have no problem completing this challenge today due to the Weekly Challenge. The Weekly stipulates that you get fifty wins in multiplayer Matchmaking this week. If you are planning on keeping up with a Daily quota, that comes to eight games a day. So you will definitely complete seven today, and likely many more.

Halo Reach Daily and Weekly Challenges Guide - 11/21/11

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below!

The Challenges:
Light Fare - Kill 100 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 3000cR
All the other challenges take care of this one today. No need to even worry about it. Seriously, go look at one of the other challenges.

More than a Handful - Kill 77 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 3500cR
This should be fairly easy to do today thanks to the Weekly Challenge which is requiring you to get fifty wins in multiplayer Matchmaking this week. A few games in Grifball will also take care of this challenge as you typically get large numbers of kills in that playlist even if you are just going for the objective. You will likely hit more than seventy-seven kills today thanks to the Weekly Challenge so just do not focus too much on this challenge.

Killagruntjaro! - Earn 7 multikills in a Firefight Matchmaking game. - 2000cR
I'm not going to say much for this. Just load up Crashsite and then score seven multikills. This is exceedingly easy and should take no more than one or two minutes. Once you have the seven required multikills, either let the generator explode or die to end the game.

Be Vigilant - Score 80,000 points in any Campaign mission without dying. - 3000cR
The easiest way to do this is to load up the level New Alexandria on Heroic. As well, turn on some skulls like Iron, Tough Luck, Catch, Famine, and any others that will effect non-vehicular combat. Basically, once it starts, just fly around in the Falcon and kill every Banshee and Phantom that you can see. You can actually stop once you get around sixty thousand points. You will get a time bonus as well after exiting that should put you over eighty-thousand. This should take about ten minutes.

The Weekly Challenge:
Clear Eyes, Full Hearts - Win 50 games in multiplayer Matchmaking this week. - 30343cR
Fifty games is a fair amount to play in a week. It is an even bigger challenge to win fifty in a week. With seven days in the week, this comes out to about eight wins a day. Definitely a lot and it also means that you will be spending a lot of time in Multiplayer Matchmaking, therefore making other challenges harder to accomplish. There is no clear-cut strategy for getting wins in Multiplayer. There are, however, some tips that can make everything easier for you and help you get wins faster.

First off, stick to playlists that only have two teams. The more teams you have in a game, the less likely you are to win. Secondly, stick to gametypes with only ten or less players. Once you start bringing in large groups of players, the game becomes less about your skill and more about the assemblage of your team. Thirdly, stick to gametypes that you know, love, and are good at. As well, play the gametype properly. Yeah, you might get a lot of kills in an objective game, but you probably will not win when just going for kills.

Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 11/20/11

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below!

The Challenges:
Blastin' and Relaxin' - Kill 180 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 2343cR
A hundred and eighty enemy kills in any game mode should be very easy to accomplish today as you will likely be playing to games of Firefight Matchmaking for the "Blast Radius" challenge. As well, you will likely be racking up kills in campaign for the "Roast 'em, Toast 'em" challenge with kills also coming in from the "Un, Deux, Trois" challenge in multiplayer. Overall, this challenge is taken care of.

Un, Deux, Trois - Win 3 games in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2900cR
Three games should be relatively easy to get today since you have the entire day to work on it. None of the other challenges are really demanding of time so there should be no problem with the day ending before you hit three wins. Play playlists you enjoy and are good at. Do not worry too much about the odds since it is only three wins and, as well, you need small arms kills for the Weekly Challenge which ends today. Expect this to definitely take more than three games unless you get lucky.

Blast Radius - Kill 75 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking with grenades. - 2500cR
Gruntpocalypse is likely the best playlist for this challenge as it features enemies that are easy to kill and which often drop grenades. The likelihood of getting this done in a single game is low since you will likely not have enough grenades. I would expect this to take two games but do not use Crashsite for the second game, since dying will end the game. Do not be afraid to die to get grenades and remember that there are typically some in the initial spawn area. Try to hit the Grunts right as they spawn since they will not immediately react. Courtyard has always been a good map for me to get grenade kills and typically does well if you can get the Grunts to follow you up onto the walkways.

Roast 'em, Toast 'em - Kill 35 enemies while jet-packing in Exodus on Normal. - 3000cR
Load up Rally Point Alpha on Exodus on Normal to get going with this challenge. Now thirty-five kills is quite a bit compared to how much this challenge normally requests. I would suggest that you simply play through the level and use the jet-pack a lot. Remember that it only counts as a kill while jet-packing if you are using the armor ability as the kill is achieved. You cannot be falling and it does not matter when you threw the grenade. Your finger must be on the button and the armor ability not recharging or on empty when the kill is made. Go slowly and you can get this done in one playthrough.

Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 11/19/11

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below!

The Challenges:
Light Fare - Kill 100 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 3000cR
This challenge will be taken care of by all the other challenges today. "This is My Rifle..." has you aiming for forty kills, "Now I have a Machine Gun" has you going for seventy-seven kills, and "Return of the Mack" has you going for thirty-five kills. Unless my math skill have become very rusty since I was in college, that leaves you way higher than a hundred kills and should easily complete this challenge.

This is My Rifle... - Earn 40 kills with precision weapons in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2600cR
Precision weapons include the DMR (Designated Marksman Rifle), the Sniper, the Focus Beam Rifle, and the Needle Rifle. There are a multitude of playlists that start you out with precision weapons so getting forty kills is basically just a small grind. Team SWAT, Team Snipers, MLG, and Arena all start you off with precision weapons, typically, and are ideal playlists for getting this challenge completed.

Now I have a Machine Gun - Earn 77 kills with automatic weapons in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 4400cR
Now, this challenge will be an even longer grind than the "This is My Rifle..." challenge since you are typically less likely to get kills with automatic weapons (just look at your stats) and you simply need more kills. Multi Team is a great playlist for this challenge due to all the damage being dealt out and the higher chances of stealing kills. If you can get your hands on one, the Needler is a great weapons for this challenge. Remember that automatic weapons include the Assault Rifle, the Needle, the Plasma Rifle, and the Plasma Repeater. Turrets, for some reason, do not count.

Return of the Mack - Kill 35 Elites in Campaign today on Normal or harder. - 3000cR
ONI: Swordbase, in my mind, has clearly taken over the top spot for getting Elite Kills in Campaign. Long Night of Solace is good, but it simply does not have enough kills per the time it takes to play through the level. Playing through ONI: Swordbase on Heroic or Normal will take about thirty minutes, but in that time you can likely get about thirty-forty Elite kills. That is not too shabby. There is a chance that you can fall just short of this challenge on your first playthrough (depends on how often your kills are stolen) but you can quickly replay the first section to close out the kills.
