Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 12/5/12

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below!

The Challenges:
Fire When Ready - Kill 50 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 3000cR
So, you see that challenge down below that is asking you to complete twenty games today in multiplayer Matchmaking? If you just score three kills per game on average while working on that challenge, you will have completed this challenge. Realistically, you will probably have this done in your first three or four games, if not earlier. No need to worry, just move along.

The T.G. Opposition - Kill 100 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking with the Shotgun. - 3000cR
So, for this Firefight challenge, you will actually want to go into the standard Firefight playlist. The gametype you will be aiming for is good 'ole Arcadefight. One of its loadouts features the Shotgun and you will need to be using that exclusively for this one. Also, make sure you vote for a small map to utilize the weapon. Expect that this make take two games to complete as that is a lot of Shotgun kills for a single game.

I Need Some Ammo - Complete a Campaign mission on Heroic or harder with the Famine Skull on. - 2500cR
The Famine Skull will make the game more annoying for you, typically, but not more difficult. It causes weapons on the ground to contain half as much ammunition as normal. Now, you can simply play the first mission, Winter Contingency, or you can speedrun through Nightfall, following this LASO guide for directions. This only need to be on Heroic which makes it even easier. Nightfall is my recommendation.

The Love of the Game - Complete 20 games in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 4200cR
Yikes! Twenty games today. Well, good luck to those that are trying for this. I hope you have the day off or something. So, the best way to get twenty games done really fast is to play in the fastest gametypes. Having a team helps a lot too. Now, Grifball and Living Dead are typically the fastest, especially Grifball if you have a good team who can score quickly. You only need to score three times to win so you can end the game pretty quickly. For Living Dead, pick maps that are advantageous to the Zombies with few camping spots and the games should be over quickly.
