Halo Reach Daily and Weekly Challenges Guide - 2/7/11

Shootin' and Lootin' - Kill 100 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 1000cR
  • You will get this with no problem while doing "A Satisfied Thirst."
A Satisfied Thirst - Kill 100 Grunts in Firefight Matchmaking. - 1000cR
  • Load up Gruntpocalypse and finish this easy challenge.  One game will net you this challenge and "Shootin' and Lootin'" as well.
Triple Thrill - Earn 3 Sprees in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2000cR
  • I found success getting sprees yesterday in Living Dead.  What is even better, is that when you get one spree, you automatically get two.  If you are a survivor, you are awarded a regular "Killing Spree" medal, but you are also awarded a "Zombie Killing Spree" medal.  If you get a map like Pinnacle and camp the tall tower, you can easily get four sprees.  Just stay with your teammates in a place that is easy to defend and pay attention.  Try not to waste ammo as well.
Not as Clumsy or Random... - Earn 5 kills with precision weapons in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 1000cR
  • ... as a blaster, an elegant weapon for a more civilized age.  Uh...sorry.  Got caught up in the Star Wars reference.  Anyway, this should be easy to get.  Just play one game of Team SWAT of Team Snipers.  This challenge is really just trying to gear you up for the new weekly challenge.

Weekly:
Camp Froman, Indeed - Earn 500 kills with Precision weapons in multiplayer matchmaking. - 11000cR
  • 500 kills with precision weapons is not as bad as it sounds.  The Sniper, DMR, Needle Rifle, and Covenant Focus Rifle are all precision weapons.  If you play mostly SWAT and Snipers, you will probably have this done by the end of the week.  If you go for Arena playlists, or Team Slayer, pick Slayer DMRs or Slayer Pro, for precision weapon starts.  Try to get around a hundred a day and this one will be done pretty quick.
