The Challenges:
Shootin' and Lootin' - Kill 100 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 2000cR
Well, another day and another round of challenges.  As is usual for a challenge like this, asking for a measly hundred kills, will be completely taken care of by the other challenges today.  "Demon" will get you about Three hundred and something kills and "Who's the Big Winner" will likely get you about two hundred or so kills.  As I said, well taken care of today.

Demon - Kill 50 Elites in Firefight Matchmaking. - 3000cR
Even though we have the "Shootin' and Lootin'" challenge asking for a hundred kills, this challenge will take well more than that.  The easiest way to score Elite kills in Firefight Matchmaking is to head to the Score Attack playlist and go for the 2X Score Attack gametype on a small map like Corvette or Courtyard.  The final wave of this gametype will always be twenty or so Elites.  Go for Courtyard so you can hopefully get a Drop-pod of Elites but expect this challenge to take three games to complete.

Up Close and Personal - Kill 3 enemies with close quarters combat in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 1000cR
quarters combat kills are typically made via the Shotgun, Gravity Hammer, Energy Sword, Melee, or Assassination.  The best playlist in which to get these kills is the Grifball playlist.  Grifball will allow you to get all of those except for Shotgun kills.  As well, they are extremely common so you should have no trouble getting this done in a single game.

Who's the Big Winner? - Win 10 games in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 5343cR
Well, this is kind of a dick move for a Monday on which basically everyone has to work or go to school, but whatever.  There is no set way to get a win so you will need to try your luck.  However, here are some guidelines.  Stick to playlists that have only two teams.  More teams lowers you chances of being on the winning one.  Take breaks.  This is a lot of wins for a single day and you will likely get aggravated if loses start piling up.  Take breaks to make it all easier.  Finally, play with friends who communicate well.  That pretty much says it all.

Best Served Cold - Take your Revenge on 77 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 7777cR
In order to score a Revenge medal, you will need to kill the enemy that just recently killed you before anyone else does.  Grifball is the okay for this challenge as you can die really easily and then get your revenge, but another player can very quickly get the kill as well, so it is a double-edged sword.  Team Snipers or Team SWAT can you serve you well also as it follows the same principles of Grifball; easy to die and then get the revenge.  You have all week to get these so try to get eleven a day.
