Halo 4 War Games Daily Challenges - 11/21/12

The Challenges:
Deadeye - Kill 12 Players with a headshot. - 1350 XP
It seems that we are continuing the theme of precision weapon for this week, at least with this challenge. Headshots are easiest to score in SWAT or Team Sniper as both games give you a DMR (or BR) or Sniper respectively and allow you to score one-shot, headshot kill with the supplied weapons. You just need twelve kills overall, not in a single game, which makes this pretty simple and easy to accomplish. These kills do not specifically need to be made with precision loadout weapons either, meaning that the Sniper, Beam Rifle, and Binary Rifle are therefore eligible to score these headshots as well. Should take a game or two to complete.

Raise The Flag - Win 9 matchmaking Capture the Flag matches. - 2750 XP
What is it with the nine wins every day this week. Unfortunately for me, there is no way I will be able to complete this challenge as I will be at work, then the airport later today, so my playing time will be almost non-existent. Hopefully, you have more time than me. Now, Capture the Flag in Halo Reach is five versus fiver and it typically on larger maps. You need five captures to outright win the game, but that hardly ever happens. Instead, the games often go the entire length of the match, making this challenge even more frustrating for the scant XP it offers. Make sure you have a good communicative team. I would suggest have three players try and get the flag while the remaining two guard your own. You can swap that depending on the strengths of your team. If there are vehicles make use of them, especially the Mongoose. Again, nine wins is a lot but expect to play eighteen games if things go horribly wrong.  But, hey, at least it isn't Regicide.
