Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 1/9/13

The Challenges:
Blastin' and Relaxin' - Kill 180 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 2343cR
A hundred and eighty enemies will never really take a long time but there is a definite chance that the other Daily Challenges will not take care of this one for you. "Hyper Lethal Vector" will bring in about a hundred and twenty kills, "Nature vs. Nurture" will possibly bring in zero, and "Make a Wish..." will bring in an unknown amount. If you happen to get "Make a Wish..." done fast, then just have fun in multiplayer Matchmaking or jump over to Firefight to hammer it out quick.

Hyper Lethal Vector - Kill 100 enemies with headshots in Firefight Matchmaking. - 3000cR
The easiest way to score headshots in Firefight Matchmaking is in the Score Attack playlist. First off, you will need a headshot capable weapon (DMR, Magnum Pistol, Needle Rifle, Sniper Rifle, Covenant Focus Rifle). Almost all gametypes will allow you access to that. Now, what you need next are targets that can easily be headshot. Typically, this would mean Grunts which means that the best gametype for you would be Gruntpocalypse. 2X Score Attack is also an option but you will need to work harder for those headshots.

Nature vs. Nurture - Kill 15 Moa in Winter Contingency on Normal or harder. - 4000cR
This challenge is extremely easy as Moa do not fight back, but only run away. Now, if you load up Winter Contingency and start at the beginning, you can see two Moa. If you shoot these two, you can then hit "Reload Checkpoint" on the start menu and just keep redoing that until you hit the fifteen kills you need. If you play through the entire mission, the likelihood of finding fifteen Moa is very, very slim.

Make a Wish... - Earn a Running Riot in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 5343cR
So a Running Riot is fifteen kills without dying in multiplayer Matchmaking. And this is just straight mean. Now, you will want a few key elements to get a Running Riot; a large map, a lot of targets, and a powerful weapon. Big Team Battle or Invasion Slayer are likely your best bets. Getting the Sniper on Hemorrhage and then just hanging back and sniping gives you a great chance at this. Now, you can also try Living Dead but the map for that is all personal preference, though it definitely is doable. Pick your poison.
