Halo Reach Daily and Weekly Challenges Guide - 3/18/13

The Challenges:
Shootin' and Lootin' - Kill 400 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 4000cR
This challenge, unless you go ahead and complete the Weekly Challenge today, will not be taken care of by the other challenges. That is just how it is. "Fire When Ready" will yield thirty kills and "L.D. Alexandria" will bring you maybe a hundred kills or so. That leaves you basically three-hundred kills short of this challenge. To rectify that situation, play Firefight as you will get a hundred and twenty kills per game. As well, completing the Weekly Challenge listed below will finish this off for you.

Fire When Ready - Kill 30 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking - 2100cR
Well, I cannot be entirely sure whether this challenge will be taken care of today by the "Oops! All Kills" challenge. It simply depends on what kind of game and opponents you have in the Grifball playlist. Likely, the first game will get you to thirty kills and you will no longer need to worry about this challenge. If not, a quick second game of Grifball or whatever you wish will definitely take care of the remaining kills and let you in on these practically free credits. Do enjoy.


L.D. Alexandria - Complete Alexandria, without dying, on Legendary with Mythic, Thunderstorm, Tilt, and Tough Luck on. - 5000cR
New Alexandria is, actually, one of the easier levels. Large portions of it can be skipped or simply run through. See how to get through it fast using my LASO guide. As well, you can die during these challenge. All you need to do is "Save and Quit" before the final objective and then load it back up and finish off the challenge. For New Alexandria, you want to save just before you land at the pad at the ONI building. After landing there you will have completed the mission so enjoy these easy credits.

Oops! All Kills - Earn 7 Multikills in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2400cR
A multikill is earned when you score multiple kills within about four seconds of each other. This is easiest to obtain in gametypes like Grifball where stacking up multikills is decently easy. Sparing the "Fire When Ready" challenge, this is the only other Firefight matchmaking challenge today so you will not get help from anywhere else. Now, a single game of Grifball will likely more than take care of this challenge so no need to worry about this challenge taking longer than a game.


The Weekly Challenge:
Endure: The Return - Complete four sets on any Firefight map in co-op play on Heroic or harder. - 30000cR

This is a really easy challenge that is not much of a challenge at all to be honest. You need to complete four consecutive sets in a Firefight game. This will need to be in a custom Firefight game since no game of Firefight Matchmaking will have four sets and much less have you surviving all of them. You will also need someone to play with you. You can either get a friend online, get a friend at your house, or just have an extra controller sit there for the additional player. Now, since this is not in Matchmaking, you can set the gametype settings to whatever you want. I would suggest Invincibility, Unlimited Ammunition, Unlimited Armor Abilities, and fooling around with the makeup of the various waves. A ton of gametypes are present in Fileshares that already have this done for you but you will need to search for them. This will honestly not take a long time, especially on Heroic, and make sure you pick a small map, like Corvette.
