Halo 4 War Games Daily Challenges - 3/19/13

The Challenges:
Rolling Thunder - Earn 5 Killing Spree medals. - 3000 XP
A Killing Spree in War Games is earned when you score five kills in a row. As this challenge stipulates "Killing Spree medals" other sprees such as weapon and miscellaneous sprees will not count. Now, you do not need five in a single game, just overall but even that can be a bit of a task with the current state of War Games Matchmaking. You will undoubtedly be playing games in the Team Throwdown or Extraction playlists thanks to the "Removalist" challenge and this is good because objective gametypes are typically the best for getting killing sprees. Complete "Removalist" first and then move onto this one as you may get a spree or two while working on it.

Removalist - Win 2 matchmaking Extraction matches. - 5000 XP
Before, we had the Weekly Challenges variation of this challenge. Now, just to change things up, we get the Daily Challenge version. Requires a fifth as many kills but gives half the credits. Not a bad trade off, to be honest. Now, Extraction is a newer gametype that is typically played on large maps. There are several objectives on the maps upon which your team is able to play a device to extra points essentially. This device can be taken over repeatedly by either team during its forty-five second space. Good teammates are a must for this playlist as you need to hold these two spots. Now, two wins means that you may have to play four or more games as it depends on your teammates and your opponents.
