The Challenges:
Gunslinger - Kill 75 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2250cR
It is quite iffy on whether you will get this challenge while working on the other ones today but it seems that you will end up a bit short for this challenge. Now, the "Came From Behind" challenge will possibly bring in about twelve or so kills, while "Three Dog Fight" will get about thirty to forty. Even if you play an extra game for "Neuroscience" that will only get you about fifteen or so kills. This means that you will need to play a few games to get finish this one off. Play whatever you want and just have fun.

Came From Behind - Perform 3 Assassinations in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 1200cR
To score an assassination in multiplayer Matchmaking you need to get behind an enemy and hold down the melee button. Doing so will trigger an animation that needs to mostly complete for the assassination to count. Now, scoring three in a single game can definitely be challenging so head to the Team Snipers playlist. In Teams Snipers, players tend to lose focus and can be easily flanked, especially on small maps. Assassination on inclines and in the hair occur quicker so aim for those if you are getting "Showstopped" often. This will likely not happen while working on the other challenges so go for this one first.

Three Dog Fight - Earn a Triple Kill in Multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2000cR
Pretty sure we had this challenge earlier this week. What was it, on Monday? Yup, Monday. I wonder, has it gotten any easier? Definitely not harder, though. Anyway, a Triple Kill is three kills made all within four seconds of each other. You only need one today, unlike yesterday where you needed two, so this should not take too much time. My personal preference is Grifball as it allows you to get a ton of kills and multi kills. Triple Kills are a very common occurrence in that playlist.

Neuroscience - Kill 10 enemies with headshots in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2400cR
So headshots are easiest to score with precision weapons in Reach, the best of those two being the DMR and the Sniper Rifle. Team SWAT and Team Snipers give those weapons, respectively, and allow you to score one-shot, headshots kills. Ten kills in a game is slightly below average but maybe be challenging for some who are unused to those gametypes. You may get this while working on the "Came From Behind" challenge but, if not, SWAT is the easier of the two so your best luck is likely in that playlist.
