The Challenges:
One Spartan Army - Kill 400 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking. - 2000cR
Well, you will need to go out of your way for this challenge as none of the other challenges will take care of it for you. The "Katanarama" challenge will at least take a single game to complete which will provide you with a hundred and twenty kills to start with. That is average for what you will get in a single game. I would stick with the Score Attack playlist and aim for gametypes like 2X Score Attack and Gruntpocalypse. Four games should be all you need for this challenge.


Better, Closer, Warmer - Earn at least 10 kills in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2500cR
So, you do not really need to worry about this challenge today. The reason for this is that the challenge is so easy. The typical number of kills that you will score in multiplayer Matchmaking is about twelve to thirteen. Since the challenges today already have you venturing into multiplayer Matchmaking for the "Double Nickels" challenge, this one is practically taken care of. There is no way you could not possibly get it since you need ten kills to score two Killing Sprees. Looks like this is taken care of to me, what do you think?

Katanarama - Kill 1 enemies using the Energy Sword in Firefight Matchmaking. - 2000cR
You have two options for this challenge and both are pretty easy. The first option is to head to the standard Firefight playlist and get a game of Arcadefight. One of the loadouts there has the Energy Sword, so just score a single kill with it. The other option is going to the Score Attack playlist and doing 2X Score Attack. The final wave is always Elites and a few will have swords. Kill one of them, get his sword, and score the kill for the challenge. Personally, due to the "One Spartan Army" challenge, I would go the Score Attack route.

Double Nickels - Earn 2 Killing Sprees in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 3000cR
A Killing Spree is earned in multiplayer Matchmaking when you score five kills without dying. First off is a Killing Spree at five kills and then a Killing Frenzy at ten kills and so on. You only need two in a single game so this is not some great feat and you do not need a Killing Frenzy. Now, Living Dead is almost always a good playlist for this challenge, especially on a map like Boardwalk. You can also try for this in many objective games types. The choice is yours so have fun with it and try to take it easy or head to different gametypes if you are having trouble with the challenge.
