Halo 4 War Games Daily Challenges - 2/27/13

The Challenges:
Rolling Thunder - Earn 5 Killing Spree medals. - 3000 XP
A Killing Spree in War Games is earned when you score five kills in a row. As this challenge stipulates "Killing Spree medals" other sprees such as weapon and miscellaneous sprees will not count. Now, you do not need five in a single game, just overall but even that can be a bit of a task with the current state of War Games Matchmaking. You will undoubtedly be playing games in the Dominion playlist thanks to the "Dominator" challenge and this is good because objective gametypes are typically the best for getting killing sprees. Complete "Dominator" first and then move onto this one as you may get a spree or two while working on it.

Dominator - Win 2 matchmaking Dominion matches. - 3000 XP
At least these challenge are still only asking for two wins. Definitely makes our lives easier. Regardless, Dominion is a gametype where there are three bases which you can capture and holding them for a certain amount of time gives you points. The first team to four-hundred points wins. Having a team that knows the maps and how to hold the bases is a must for this gametypes. If you have a lot of back and forth, the game will go on longer than it needs to. Now, you can also capture all the bases and then, if you kill the entire other team, the game will end with your victory. Just two wins. That is all you need today.
