The Challenges:

Light Fare - Kill 100 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 3000cR
Well, you will be venturing into all the various game modes today for these challenges, which is typical for the weekends. As is also usual for any day that has you completing a Firefight Matchmaking challenge, you will not need to worry about hitting a hundred kills in Reach. The "J.H. Death Machine" challenge, combined with "Return of the Mack" will have you scoring hundreds of kills. Since the kills for this challenge can be combined from any game mode in Reach, I would say that the hundred kills are more than covered. No need to fret, simply move along.

Return of the Mack - Kill 50 Elites in Campaign today on Normal or harder. - 1700cR
Elites are the hardest enemies that you will face in campaign and, generally, in Halo sparing other human opponents. However, as long as you have the right circumstances, and weapons, they become much easiest to kill. Now, getting fifty Elites kills in Campaign is actually not too challenging but it may require you to play through multiple levels. I would start off with ONI: Swordbase and work up from there. You can do this on Normal, but I would do Heroic as AI Teammates will be less likely to steal your kills. As a note, if you damage an enemy and then an AI Teammate kills, you will get credits for the kills so do not worry too much about that. You may have to play into Nightfall to hit fifty Elite kills though.

J.H. Death Machine - Kill 40 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking with the Grenade Launcher. - 2000cR
The Grenade Launcher was one of the more interesting weapons to be added to the palette for Reach but is quirky enough that a fair number of people avoid it in multiplayer. However, in Firefight Matchmaking, it can be an absolute blast to use. Now, the actual problem will be finding the weapon in Firefight Matchmaking. Unless you somehow get grenade fight, the only way to get a Grenade Launcher is in Arcadefight which means you will need to be in the standard Firefight playlist and play with three other players. This is doable in a single game but do not be surprised if it ends up taking an additional game to hit forty. Remember to aim for clusters of enemies and that the round bounces.

Not as Clumsy or Random... - Earn 5 kills with precision weapons in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2000cR
So, from the Grenade Launcher to precision weapons. I'm fine with that. Scoring five precision weapon kills in multiplayer Matchmaking is exceedingly easy even if you suck with those weapons. Now, precision weapons in Reach include the DMR, Sniper Rifle, Needle Rifle, and the Covenant Beam Rifle. Most likely, these kills will come with the DMR or Sniper as you should stick to the Team SWAT or Team Snipers game modes. You should be getting about twelve to fifteen kills per game in those modes so hitting five is no problem at all. Expect this challenge to take a single game to complete.
