The Challenges:
More than a Handful - Kill 25 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2000cR
As expected, today is all multiplayer Matchmaking challenge but, alas, you will still need to play Firefight to work on the Weekly Challenge. This challenge, asking you to score twenty-five kills, will be easily taken care of by the challenge right below it, which is asking you to score seventy-seven kills in multiplayer Matchmaking. Stick to whatever gametype you wish but if you want to get this one done quickly and you do not care about the other challenges, hit up Grifball. It will likely be done in a single game if you do that, though it will not be necessary if you are doing the other challenges.

Now I have a Machine Gun - Earn 77 kills with automatic weapons in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 4400cR
This is actually going to be a long and irritating challenge as most automatic weapons in Reach are severely underpowered. You weapons of choice are the AR, the Needler, the Plasma Rifle, the Plasma Repeater, and the Brute Spiker, if you can find it. The most effect of these weapons is the Needler and if you want to use it your best bet is Multi Team with the gametype Elite Slayer. This gametypes pops up fairly often in Multi Team but not really anywhere else consistently. Seventy-seven kills is a ton so do not be surprised if this take a crap ton of games. If you can score about eight or ten per game, and you will really need to try for them, you can have this done in ten games or faster of you have some really good games. Take breaks during this one, shouldn't sit down not moving for that long.

Vengeance Found - Earn your 'Revenge' in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2000cR
A 'Revenge' medal is earned when you kill an opponent who just killed you, before anyone else kills said opponent. I am not aware of any sort of timer on this one, but I would not be surprised to hear that there is one. After a player kills you, you do have a slight advantage as you know where he/she is but they cannot be sure where you will spawn. Over the ten or so games you need to play today, you will likely just happen to get this. I would not be overly concerned about going out of your way for this one, unless you are near done and still have not completed it. At that point, just spend one games simply trying for it and then get back to automatic weapon kills.

T-Hug It Out - Kill 4 enemies with close quarters combat in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2500cR
So, close quarter combat kills are kills made via the Shotgun, Gravity Hammer, Energy Sword, Assassination, or Melee. Four is not a huge number so as to force you into Grifball, though if you are having trouble it is a good option. You should be fine dealing with this challenge on Multi Team or what not while working on the "Now I have a Machine Gun" challenge. Just take your opportunities to score assassinations and melee kills. If you can find a Shotgun, Hammer, or Sword, even better and this should go even faster. Just remember that the focus is automatic weapons kills, as those will be much harder to obtain, especially seventy-five of the kills. Good luck.
