Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 8/10/12

The Challenges:
Light Fare - Kill 100 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 3000cR
Well, like every day after only have Firefight challenge, it means that it is time for a day full of multiplayer Matchmaking challenges. However, those challenges will likely not get this challenge done due to the low number of kills from the challenges. In fact, all the other challenges can be completed in a single game. For this challenge, once you have finished the others, you can play a single game in the Score Attack playlist to finish off this challenge. If not, play some more multiplayer.

Up Close and Personal - Kill 5 enemies with close quarters combat in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2343cR
So, close quarters combat kills are typically when you score kills with the Shotgun, Energy Sword, Gravity Hammer, melee, or Assassination. In Grifball, which is what I am suggesting you play for the other challenges today, you can only get close quarters combat kills, except for players dying from the bomb explosion. You will assuredly get more than five kill in a single game, so there is hardly anything to worry about there. These all need to be in a single game anyway, which is just another good reason to play Grifball. On to the next challenge.

Vengeance Found - Earn your 'Revenge' in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2000cR
This is mostly referring to the "Revenge" medal that you can earn whenever you kill a player who recently killed you. There is some sort of time limit in between the kills that will make it count for a medal, but this time was never disclosed to the Halo community. Once you have been killed, however, you have the advantage because you know where your target is. You will likely get this challenge while not even trying so I would not worry too much about it. Also, you will likely get this done in the same game as "Up Close and Personal" and "Oops! All Kills."

Oops! All Kills - Earn 7 Multikills in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2400cR
A multikill in multiplayer Matchmaking is when you kill multiple opponents in less than four seconds of each other. You can get up to nine multikills and then you need to reset the counter so the next multikills count. Either way, you only need seven multikills which is easily obtainable in a gametype like Grifball. Grifball is almost a tailor made gametype for kills and multikills. This should take you a single game to get, yet, all these multikills do not need to be made in a single game so you can spread it out some.
