The Challenges:
Light Fare - Kill 100 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 3000cR
Not exactly the hardest of challenges but this is a decent chunk of kills to haul in from what will be a, mostly, multiplayer Matchmaking. At least seventy-seven of these kills will come from the "Single Wield" challenge. Once that challenge is completed however, it get a little hairy due to the "Secondary Fire" which basically has you giving up all your kills for assists. That will likely take two or three games, however, and then you can focus on whatever remaining kills you have left. It might be overkill, but Grifball should do nicely to make sure you hit those remaining kills.
Secondary Fire - Earn 25 assists today in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2875cR
We have been seeing this challenges quite a bit more lately, especially since they seemed to have forgotten about it over at 343i for a while. By now, most of you should know that you earn an assist when you deal forty percent damage to an enemy who is killed before he/she regains that health. In short, someone steals your kill. Now, twenty-five is not an overly large number to gain, especially if you know the right playlist. For me, that playlist is Multi Team. With a dearth of targets and a bunch of players to steal your kills, you can literally walk into the middle of a map, melee someone, score an assists. Melees are not the best method for securing assists, but you get my point. The important thing is that, after you damage someone, make sure you actually stop trying to kill them. As long as you are in a well-traveled portion of the map, someone will clean up the kill for you. Should take three to four games to complete.
Single Wield - Earn 77 kills with small arms weapons in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2800cR
My advice for this challenge is going to come off as a bit odd, but it should work its way out in the end. SWAT is an interesting playlist because it almost always starts you with two, basically, insta-kill weapons, the DMR and the Magnum Pistol. The Magnum is our focus for this challenge, as it is a small arms weapon, but like the DMR it is capable of one hit kills if you aim for the head. Now, seventy-seven kills will definitely take a while, but this is a good way to get a chunk of that done. As well, you can also vote for the SWAT Magnums gametypes to help this along even more. You can likely get some small arms weapons kill while working on "Secondary Fire" as well, so they do not all have to be in this playlist. Good luck.
Iron Will - Complete a Campaign mission alone on Heroic or Harder with the Iron Skull on. - 2500cR
This is the lone challenge today and also the easiest one since you can do this on any mission in the campaign. Nightfall is our best option here as it is the easiest to playthrough thanks to the speedrun path (a guide to which can be seen right here) and since this only needs to be on Heroic. Now, the Iron Skull will make it so that the mission completely restarts whenever you die, since you are required to do this challenge solo. But, as I said before, using the LASO guide to show you how to speedrun the level makes this very easy. Should take about seven to eight minutes to complete.

gay except for the first one
ReplyDeletelight fare is the far simpler one it takes no more than ten minutes if you do firefight with the shields and damage set up high, infinite use of equipment and a load out of a rocket launcher, sniper and jet pack. its cheating but for the sake of trying to finish all of the daily its quit helpful.
ReplyDeleteiron will is easy too, i found out that in the first mission winter contingency, you dont need to stop and fight just run through every thing. from the first time you get off the falcon to the point where you have to kill the zealot is passable with the exception that you have to fight the covenant right before they pick you up again on the falcon but you can let the ais do that if you wish.
for the other two,the secondary fire just charge and shot with a plasma pistol and let your buddies handle, and single wield is a little challenging especially if youre not used it just using a pistol but go crazy on the living dead.
sorry about the long comment
