The Challenges:

Shootin' and Lootin' - Kill 250 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 3800cR
This is the first time in a while where we have one of these generic kills challenges but are lacking a Firefight Matchmaking challenge. One would sure make this a lot easier. Well, the "Iron Will" will maybe bring in about ten to twenty kills, while the "Double Nickels" challenge will bring in about thirty. That leaves about two-hundred kills. Well, the "Five-time Champ" challenge has the possibility of taking care of that, depending on what gametypes you play. If you do a lot of Grifball and the like, you will likely get this taken care of. If not, you will need to play some extra games afterwards.

Five-time Champ - Win 5 games in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 4343cR
Well, time to win some games, right? That is what this challenge is all about. Now, you need five wins today, which may very well take up to ten games to complete. The trick to scoring wins in Reach is to give yourself the right set up. First off, don't play games that have more than two teams (or FFAs). More teams automatically lowers you chances of winning. Stick with gametypes you enjoy and are comfortable with as you will likely play better in them. Finally, play with teammate you know and normally win with since you are more likely to win that way.

Iron Will - Complete a Campaign mission alone on Heroic or harder with the Iron Skull on. - 2500cR
So this challenge will require you to run through a mission in the campaign solo with the Iron Skull on, which will make the mission start over from the start anytime you die. This can be very irritating on the harder levels and you are best off simply speed-running through the level Nightfall, which can be done in about seven to ten minutes. A guide to running through the level can be found right here. If speed-running Nightfall is not your cup of tea then playing through Winter Contingency is your best and fastest bet as it is the easiest mission besides Nightfall.

Double Nickels - Earn 2 Killing Sprees in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 3000cR
A Killing Spree is earned in multiplayer Matchmaking when you score five kills without dying. First off is a Killing Spree at five kills and then a Killing Frenzy at ten kills and so on. You only need two in a single game so this is not some great feat and you do not need a Killing Frenzy. Now, Living Dead is almost always a good playlist for this challenge, especially on a map like Boardwalk. You can also try for this in many objective games types. The choice is yours so have fun with it and try to take it easy or head to different gametypes if you are having trouble with the challenge.
