The Challenges:
Shootin' and Lootin' - Kill 150 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 5343cR
As you need to hit at least a hundred and twenty-five kills today in Firefight Matchmaking for the "...And Recreation" challenge and then you need to complete the level Exodus on Legendary with other skulls on for the "L.D. Exodus" challenge, you should have no trouble hitting a hundred and fifty kills for this challenge. Why this challenge is worth five-thousand, three-hundred and forty-three credits, I have no clue. However, that is a far amount of credits and they are practically free.
A Spree in Firefight Matchmaking is ten kills uninterrupted by death. You can get a spree every ten kills up until you hit fifty kills. After that, the next spree comes at a hundred, then five-hundred, and then a thousand. You will likely not be hitting those number in any game in Firefight Matchmaking. Instead you will have to die on purpose at around fifty or so kills to restart the sprees. This way you can just get twenty kills in a row, have the challenge done, and walk away with these easy credits.
L.D. Exodus - Complete Exodus, without dying, on Legendary with Mythic, Thunderstorm, Tilt, and Tough Luck on. - 5343cR
Exodus is probably one of the more annoying maps due to all the Brutes. You do not see a lot of Brutes in this game, but when you do, they are irritating. This is actually the exact same challenge as L.D. Solace, so if you continued from last night's play through of that level, it should play right into this one. As well, like last night, you can die as much as you want. All you need to do is to Save and Quit before the final objective, which is launching the missiles in this level. Then hit Resume Campaign and complete the level for some easy credits and a step forward for the Flawless Cowboy Commendation.
...And Recreation - Kill 125 enemies on Beachhead on Heroic in Firefight Matchmaking. - 1100cR
Beachhead is a great map for ranged combat. If you can get Sniper Attack on this map, you are probably set but I would also try for 2X Score Attack. Gruntpocalypse is also doable, but the Grunts move slowly and it is a large map. Now, on average, you will get about a hundred and twenty kills per game in Firefight Matchmaking. A hundred and twenty-five is on the outer edge, even if you get a drop-pod. Expect to play two games on the map, though the second game will likely only be for a couple kills.
