Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 2/10/12

The Challenges:
Fire When Ready - Kill 50 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 3000cR
You will likely need to play some extra games to hit the fifty kills for this challenge but you may actually be fine due to the chances of needing extra games for the other challenge. You should be relatively close after the other challenges so just play whatever you want or try out some Grifball for a bunch of kills quickly. The choice is completely up to you but the main idea is to not focus too hard on this simplistic challenge.

Sticky Icky Icky - Earn 3 sticky grenade Kills in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 1250cR
Multi Team is likely you best option for this challenge as it is one of the only playlists were you will find Elite Slayer. In Elite Slayer, you will always start with a Plasma Grenade. Due to all the possible targets around, getting kills is really not that hard. As well, go for a small map as it will be easier to hit targets with grenades over shorter distances. You should have no problem getting this done in a single game even if Elite Slayer does not show up. Just look for Plasma Grenades and try like crazy to stick people.

Deathless Pillar - Complete The Pillar of Autumn on Legendary without dying. - 5343cR
This is not actually a hard level, but it is a long level. Legendary difficulty, if you have been doing the challenge recently, likely is not that hard since other challenges have been requiring Legendary plus Skulls on. And, as usual with these challenges, you can die all you want while playing through the level. Once you get to the last objective, which will be firing the MAC cannon at the Covenant Corvette, you will need to Save and Quit the game. Then reload by hitting Resume Campaign and hit the cruiser. This will make the game think you finished the level without dying and give you credit for the challenge.

You Want This, Don't You? - Earn 14 kills with precision weapons in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2000cR
I would suggest that you play either Team SWAT or Team Snipers for this challenge as both gametypes start you with precision weapons (the DMR and the Sniper respectively) and only have precision weapons on the map. Fourteen kills is likely the threshold of what most players will hit in a single game going to fifty kills. You might need to play a second game to hit fourteen kills. You may also want to try for some of the objective gametypes that pop up in these playlists as it will allow you to likely score much more than fourteen kills.
