The Challenges:

Shootin' and Lootin' - Kill 400 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 4000cR
Well, four-hundred kills today in any game mode of Reach. To be honest, this is another day where the regular daily challenges will not take care of this for you. The Weekly Challenge, on the other hand, should definitely fill in that space. The daily challenges will bring in about a hundred or so for "The House of Blue Leaves," none for "Nature vs. Nurture," and maybe thirty or so for "Oops! All Kills." The Weekly Challenge will likely bring in about three-hundred and sixty or so kills. So, you will need all of them today to finish this one off.

The House of Blue Leaves - Kill 88 enemies in a single Firefight Matchmaking game on Heroic. - 2500cR
So, this one is actually not much of a challenge, to be honest, but the older version was for almost two-hundred kills, so I am not complaining. Eighty-eight kills in Firefight Matchmaking is actually a pretty small amount of kills and can be accomplished in practically any of the Firefight playlists. 2X Score Attack or Gruntpocalypse in the Score Attack playlist are likely your best bets to complete this challenge. You can also jump into the standard Firefight playlist which I am not recommending for this challenge, but I know that some people like having a large team for Firefight. Regardless, this should only take a single game to complete.

Nature vs. Nurture - Kill 15 Moa in Winter Contingency on Normal or harder. - 4000cR
This challenge is extremely easy as Moa do not fight back, but only run away. Now, if you load up Winter Contingency and start at the beginning, you can see two Moa. If you shoot these two, you can then hit "Reload Checkpoint" on the start menu and just keep redoing that until you hit the fifteen kills you need. It is very redundant, but it works. If you play through the entire mission, the likelihood of finding fifteen Moa is very, very slim. Note that if you leave campaign, the counter will reset so do it all at once.

Oops! All Kills - Earn 5 Multikills in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2000cR
A multikill is earned when you score multiple kills within about four seconds of each other. This is easiest to obtain in gametypes like Grifball where stacking up multikills is decently easy. This is the only multiplayer Matchmaking challenge today so you will not get help from anywhere else. Now, a single game of Grifball will likely more than take care of the five multikills needed for this challenge so no need to worry about this challenge taking longer than a game. You should be much more worried about the campaign or Firefight challenge today, to be honest.
