    Covenant-cide -
Kill 120 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking. - 1100cR
This should require only a single game of Firefight Matchmaking. I will still suggest Score Attack for this venture because then you will not need to compete for kills. Try for 2X Score Attack on a large map. You can often end up short on the smaller maps due to poorly thrown grenades by the Covies. This makes larger maps the preferred venue since enemies are less inclined to toss grenades over massive distances. If you do end up short, load up a game of Crashsite and finish off the remaining kills.

Kill 40 Elites in Firefight Matchmaking. - 1400cR
After the various games you will play for the "Flat Tire" challenge, you will get about four or so Elites in each one. Then you need to play a game of 2X Score Attack to get the remaining twenty-five or so Elite kills. You might be one or two short, but try for it on a map like Beachhead so there is a chance of a Drop-pod dropping another four Elites which should push you over the top.

Earn 35 multikills in a Firefight Matchmaking game. - 1750cR
As you probably already know, a "multikill" is when you get a Double Kill, Triple Kill, Overkill, etc. All of you kills need to be within a second of each other. Remember that a Double Kill is a single multikill, not two. And, if you happen to kit a Killionaire, stop killing stuff and wait. There are no multikills after ten so you would just be wasting kills at that point. Wait a couple seconds and then start up a new set of multikills. My advice for this challenge is to play Sniper Attack on Holdout so you can also get Flat Tire done.

    Unto the Breach-
Kill 125 enemies on Corvette in Firefight Matchmaking. -1100cR
This should take you about 1 game of Score Attack. You get, on average, a hundred and twenty-five kills per game if you kill every single enemy. Many times, enemies will suicide, however, so do not be surprised if you have to load up a second game of Crashsite.

  2. Meh...had a typo or two in there. I was absolutely beat after work. I will say this- if you landed 2x Score Attack on Corvette twice, you had it made. Easy challenges; good day to take a rest. Get well.

  3. I don't know why Flat Tire was mentioned in this guide by I MATTY K 4141 so often, it wasn't even a challenge today. Taking a guide from someone else who is wrong doesn't work out well...

  4. @dartt, he had simply used portion of my earlier guides so some of it won't make sense, but that general strategies are the same. Either way, Kudos to you 1MattyK4141 for stepping in.

  5. Kudos indeed. Got 'em done. Just wondered if there was any better way to get 40 elites than beachhead with a possible drop pod of them, since 40 sucked. Any playlist or map combo besides that preferable for a high elite count? Thanks guys.

  6. EASY!
2x Score attack is your best option on just about any map. You'll get right around 20-25 Elites & all of the enemy waves are VERY weak, so the games go by VERY quickly. The DMR is your friend:
    Wave 1) Headshot Grunts
Wave 2) The blue shielded jackals will die in 1 shot. The unshielded jackals need a dome inspection and the red shielded jackals will use a body and headshot. Gather up needle rifle ammo for
Wave 3) Brutes. Brutes are awesome because in about any game type (all the way up to LASO), they blast apart in 3 needle rifle rounds. Write that down.
Wave 4) Skirmishers. Aim for the head. Maintain a proper distance.
Wave 5) Elites. DMR the aliens to the body til their shield pops, then go for the head. Most Elites will die in two(!) shots.

Yeah- I was totally beat yesterday after work, then I was working with 3 screens to cut/paste everything, while my kids were going at it, and I obviously didn't proofread it well in the whole 3 minutes lol. Plus Thursdays are so simple, I usually just glance at the challenges @ work to see what's in store for me. Firefight Thursdays are a breeze sans Flat Tire. I think I got the dailys done in 10-15 minutes yesterday. It was magical.

Tell you what- I sure was happy when I hopped on my XBOX afterwards and saw there wasn't a Flat Tire challenge. Some days I gotta die 10 times on Crashsite til I finally score a Rocket/Sniper Attack on Holdout...only to shoot down 2-3 Banshees. FRG Attack is pretty tricky. But I digress...
