The Challenges:
Typically, a single game of Firefight gets you a hundred and twenty kills, so this challenge should be a piece of cake. Load up Gruntpocalypse and you can also go for "On the Sixth Respawn" also long as you do not run at the Grunts and attempt to bite them to death.
I have tried before to see if a game of Crashsite would work for this if you just died once or let the generator explode. The answer is no. By "Complete", the game apparently means "Win." If you pick a game like Gruntpocalypse you should have no problem completing the game with fewer than five deaths. Go for a large map, like Glacier or Beachhead, and use the distance to your advantage.
Nightfall is probably the best level for this because there is a constant supply of Precision weapons. You can set the game to Heroic difficulty (I find that Jun steals a lot of your kills on Normal) and this will probably require multiple playthroughs. This will probably also be a good time to try to not die for the Flawless Cowboy commendation. Two runs should be all that is required.
Team SWAT or Sniper will get this done. My advice to you is to go for Team SWAT and pick an objective game if it pops up. Objective games are great for racking up kills because there is only a time and objective score limit. This way you will not end up screwed over at thirteen kills because your team just reached fifty. You can camp near the objective, but do not camp at it, because that will just make you easy pickings for the other team.
