Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 5/11/11

The Challenges:

More than a Handful - Kill 25 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 1000cR

Simple enough to get.  This challenge will be a breeze and will pop as you go for "Participation Counts" and the Weekly.  You should be at thirty-three "Revenge" medals by the end of today if you are keeping a regular pace for throughout the week. 

Flat Tire - Kill 10 enemy vehicles in Firefight Matchmaking. - 1125cR

Wow, Bungie.  Really?  This challenge again?  Ugh.  Well, I guess these some of these challenges are supposed to be "Challenging."  Though, this one just comes off as aggravating.  Anyway, your best chance of getting vehicles kills in Firefight is playing Sniper Attack on Holdout.  You need to drag out the game so you get plenty of Banshees to spawn.  You can get up to five per game, but expect to get about three.  FRG and Rocket Attack work as well but are harder.  2X Score Attack does not work, probably something to do with the increased damage, so do not waste your time.

Harder than Some - Complete a Campaign mission on Heroic with Thunderstorm, Famine, and Tilt on. - 2500cR

Like what has become the norm, after discovering how easy it is to go through a certain level (hint, hint!), Nightfall will be the preferred map for this.  You can easily run through it in five or six minutes.  See the LASO guide here for thepath you need to take.  Now, you do not have to do Nightfall, but Winter Contingency is always a good option or any other level that you enjoy and will not mind playing solely for this challenge.

Participation Counts - Complete 4 games in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 1200cR

So far this week, as long as you have competent teams, Grifball seems to be one of the better ways to get "Revenge" medals.  There for I am going to champion playing Grifball for these four games that needs completion.  Grifball is also a great alternative because you cannot be kicked due to betrayal!  I'm sure that no one is actually worrying about that, but it is always a plus.  So four games in and eleven "Revenge" medals and you should be good.
