Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 7/15/12

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below!

The Challenges:
Blastin' and Relaxin' - Kill 180 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 2343cR
So, you are going into all the various modes of Reach today, sparing Forge, Theater, and Custom Game modes. These a hundred and eighty kills you need to achieve can be done in any mode but will be taken care of by the other challenges today. The "Short, Controlled Bursts" challenge will be the one that definitely finishes this challenge since it has you getting two-hundred kills in Campaign. "Hyper Lethal Vector" also has you getting at least a hundred and fifty kills in Firefight Matchmaking.

Short, Controlled Bursts - Kill 200 enemies with automatic weapons in the Campaign today. - 3000cR
This will likely take a long time to complete. If you have yet to do the Weekly Challenge, do it first, as it is Sunday, and then work on this challenge. This way, whatever automatic weapon kills you get during the Weekly Challenge can count towards this challenge. Now, once the Weekly Challenge is done, start up on Winter Contingency on Heroic and playthrough using any automatic weapons you can find (AR, Needler, Plasma Repeater, Plasma Rifle, etc.). You do not actually have to score the kills but any enemy that you damage and is then killed by your AI teammates will count as your kill. Probably need to play through a few levels to finish off this one.

Hyper Lethal Vector - Kill 150 enemies with headshots in Firefight Matchmaking. - 2125cR
So, the thing about this challenge is that it will take two games to complete, unfortunately. However, it is not that big of a deal as there is at least one gametype in the Score Attack playlist which is perfect for this challenge. The gametype is Gruntpocalypse where you will face only Grunts, if that wasn't obvious from the name. You can headshot every single Grunt in the game, but you will only get to face a hundred and twenty per game. This means that you will need to do two games to complete this challenge. Might also be a goodtime to get some custom challenges in.

Three Dog Fight - Earn a Triple Kill in Multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2000cR
So, I believe we had this challenge on Friday, so allow me to repeat myself. As you should know by this point, a multi kills is when you score multiple kills within four seconds of each other. Two kills scored in such a manner equals a Double Kill and three equals a Triple Kill. We will be going for the Triple Kill today and you only need to earn one in multiplayer Matchmaking. Your best bet is likely in the Grifball playlist, where multikills are always quite obtainable but you may also have no need to go in there as you may get it before then. A Triple Kill is not impossibly hard so other playlists, like Living Dead, Team SWAT, and even Team Slayer, can also get this challenge done for you.
