The Challenges:
Light Fare - Kill 100 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 3000cR
Likely, the other challenges today will not get these a hundred kills for you in Reach as they will likely not having you play enough games. However, you will need to be working on the Weekly Challenge which is asking for a bunch of multi kills. If that is not the case and you have already finished the Weekly Challenge, you simply need to play a single game of Firefight Matchmaking which, by itself, will get you more than a hundred kills.

Double Double - Earn 2 Double Kills in the same match in Multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2000cR

A Double Kill in multiplayer Matchmaking is earned when you kill two opponents within four seconds of each other. This will actually be quite easy to complete in certain playlists like Grifball, for instance, or the Living Dead playlist. Double Kills in these playlists occur all the time and you just need to score two. This is actually easy enough that you do not need to play in a specific playlist for it, but try for it while working on the other challenges.

Neuroscience - Kill 10 enemies with headshots in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2400cR
To kill enemies with headshots, you will need to be using a precision weapon as no other weapon is capable of scoring headshots on your opponents. This means you will likely need to be in playlists like Team SWAT or Team Snipers. These are the best playlists for scoring headshots as you can only use precision weapons in the games. Ten in a game is extremely doable as you should be getting about twelve to fifteen kills per game. You can go for this while working on the "Go Right Ahead Folks" challenge as well.

Go Right Ahead Folks - Earn a First Strike in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 2000cR
To earn a First Strike in multiplayer Matchmaking, you will need to score the first kill in a game or in the round of a game. A game like Living Dead or any objective gametype is great for this challenge as you will get about three to four rounds in which to get a First Strike. There is not a lot of general strategy for getting the first kill of the game because some of it is due to spawn locations and the movements of your teammates. This may take two games to complete but it should not be too bad.
