The Challenges:
More than a Handful - Kill 125 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2500cR
A hundred and twenty-five enemies is becoming standard fare these days, it seems, for the blanket total kills challenge for multiplayer Matchmaking. Since all the other challenges today are in multiplayer and the "The Love of the Game" challenge is requiring you to complete seventeen games today, getting a hundred and twenty-five kills should not be an issue. I would guess that this would be completed by about the ten or twelfth game for most players. If need be, play some Grifball to up your kill count.

This is My Rifle... - Earn 30 kills with precision weapons in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 1250cR
This challenge is a cinch. Thirty kills with precisions weapons can be done in very short order. Precision weapons include the DMR, the Sniper, the Needle Rifle, and the Focus Beam Rifle. Games like Team SWAT and Team Snipers automatically start you off with precision weapons and are obviously your best bet for this challenge. This should take two to three games to accomplish and you need all the games played you can get for the "The Love of the Game" challenge.

Single Wield - Earn 77 kills with small arms weapons in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 1400cR
So, small arm weapons include the Magnum, the Plasma Pistol, and the Needler. Clearly, most of your kills will be achieved with the later two in matchmaking. Living Dead is a great playlist for this since you can get a bunch of kills with the Magnum at range on Zombies (Hint: Aim for the head.). However, you can also get a bunch of small arms kills in many other playlists. Multi Team and Team SWAT can work well. Seventy-seven kills can take a while but will probably not take you past ten games or so if you exclusively go for small arms kills.

The Love of the Game - Complete 17 games in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 1850cR
This is the challenge that will possibly be keeping you up tonight. Seventeen games is a ton but, thankfully, there is a nice solution in store. Living Dead is a great playlist to get small arms kills in. Consequently, it is also a great playlist to complete games in, quickly. Do yourself a favor and stay away from maps like Swordbase and The Cage and you should have some quick games with a decent amount of games. I would suggest not only playing this gametype as it can very quickly become grating, but do not be afraid to spend a good seven to ten games in this playlist.
