The Challenges:
More than a Handful - Kill 125 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 2500cR
A hundred and twenty-five enemies certainly is more than a handful and can take a decent chunk of time. I would recommend Grifball for this challenge since you can get a seemingly inane number of kills per game. Typically, you will get around thirty or so, but I have been up in the range of sixty to seventy before. And that is without spawn killing, mind you. It simply depends on the teams. If you team is extremely good while the other is not, it will be a short game. If the teams are evenly matched, however, expect a lot of kills.

A Satisfied Thirst - Kill 250 Grunts in Firefight Matchmaking. - 1875cR
This is an easy enough challenge thanks to Gruntpocalypse. The game where you only kill Grunts for five waves of Firefight typically land you about a hundred and twenty kills. Expect it to be slightly less than that since Grunts love to "accidentally" kill themselves with grenades. If, after two games, you are short of the mark, load up the Crashsite gametype. The first wave is all Grunts and you should be able to finish off the challenge. Once the challenge is finished, die or let the generator explode to end the game.

Leadership Element - Kill 30 enemy leaders in the Campaign today. - 1000cR
So when they say "Leaders" in this game, they pretty much mean Elites. It seems weird, but it does simplify things. ONI: Swordbase still stands as a good way to get this challenge completed. However, Long Night of Solace from Rally Point Bravo should be fine as well due to the low number of kills required. I would play on Heroic since Legendary would be a pain and on Normal, your NPC teammates will be stealing kills left and right.

Home Field Advantage - Win 2 games in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 1300cR
Two games should be easy enough to win in a single day depending on what playlists you hit. You should, if you are strictly going for wins, stay away from any playlist that has more than two teams as that will, likely, degrade your chances of winning. Play with any friends who you work well with or if you feel yourself getting into a grove with a particular gametype, keep going and see what happens. Stick to gametypes you enjoy and you should have this challenge in short order.
