The Challenges:
One Spartan Army - Kill 400 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking. - 2000cR
There are a lot of easy challenges today but you will be playing extra games to get this challenge done. I would urge you to play games in Score Attack today due to the speed of the games and the guaranteed a hundred and twenty kills or so. Four games and you should have this challenge in the bag and done. You can play Crashsite for the final game if you simply want to hit four-hundred kills and then be done.
Now, thirty Elites would normally be quite a chore in Firefight Matchmaking due to the low spawn ratio. However, 2X Score Attack is always the answer when going for a large number of Elite Kills in Firefight Matchmaking. During the last round of 2X Score Attack, you will face about twenty-plus Elites. With the added damage, a DMR or AR practically rapes these Covies and lets you chalk up the kills easily. Two games should let you hit your thirty kills but try to use a lot of Grenades.
A Simple Spree - Earn any spree in Firefight Matchmaking. - 1000cR
A Spree in Firefight Matchmaking is ten kills, uninterrupted by death. This should be, largely, very easy to come by in Score Attack. I am decently sure that weapon sprees no longer count towards this challenge (i.e. five kills in a row with the Sniper, Sword, Hammer, Shotgun, Plasma Grenade). If they do count, please comment below so everyone else will know when attempting this challenge.
Blast Radius - Kill 40 enemies in Firefight Matchmaking with grenades. - 1000cR
You will be playing about four games today in Firefight Matchmaking. If you hit just ten grenade kills each game, you will have this challenge done. However, realistically, you can get this challenge done in a single game. Hitting groups of Grunts right when they spawn or are clustered in a bottleneck normally gives a good chunk of kills as well as tossing two grenades on either side of a group. Whether you take it ten at a time of finish it off in one game, this challenge will be quite easy.
