Shootin' and Lootin' - Kill 400 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 2000cR
Now, depending on your skill level, you should be able to complete the other challenges today and then still have some kills to get for this one.  "Hyper Lethal Vector" will take at least two games which means about two-hundred and forty kills.  The others will be very easy.  So you have a hundred and eighty kills left basically.  Get them however you want.  Grifball is always fun or you can stick to Score Attack and get it done in another two games.

Hyper Lethal Vector - Kill 150 enemies with headshots in Firefight Matchmaking. - 1125cR
I will always recommend Gruntpocalypse in the Score Attack playlist for this challenge.  Nothing else makes it easier.  This will take you two games, however.  The most you can get in any Score Attack game is about a hundred and twenty-five or so.

Gruntpocalypse normally sits around a hundred and twenty.  Therefore, you will obviously need a second game.  If you are planning to play a lot of Multiplayer afterwards you can just play a game of Crashsite and die once the challenge is complete.

A Simple Spree - Earn any spree in Firefight Matchmaking. - 1000cR
One spree, of any type, in a game.  I'm not going to say much for this.  Get ten kills in a row without dying.  It is that simple.  Especially with Gruntpocalypse, this should not be a problem for anyone.

On the Sixth Respawn... - Complete a Firefight Matchmaking game with fewer than 5 deaths. - 2000cR
This is an interesting challenge.  It is not hard, but it is interesting.  As usual, go for this one in Firefight Matchmaking.  I do not know if you can pull it off in Crashsite because the challenge does say to "Complete" a game, not to finish it.  Good maps for staying alive will be large maps, i.e. Beachhead, Outpost, and Glacier.  Small maps are doable as well, but the chances of not dying are lowered.
