The Challenges:
Fire When Ready - Kill 50 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 3000cR
Fifty kills should be pretty easy for any player to hit in a single day but how long it will take will depend on the gametypes you like to play. The easiest gametype in which to farm kills, as I will tell you below, is Grifball. You can easily get twenty to thirty kills per game in that playlist as long as people are not spawn camping and the teams are evenly matched. In other playlists, you should be hitting about ten to fifteen kills which means that this challenge will take four to five games to complete, maybe more, maybe less. It all depends on how well you player, but you likely do not need to play particularly well.
Katanarama - Kill 1 enemies using the Energy Sword in Firefight Matchmaking. - 1000cR
There are a few options for this challenge now that Firefight Matchmaking has been changed around again. The first option is playing regular Score Attack in the Score Attack playlist. At the end you will face about six Elite Generals. Typically, one of them will have a sword and he will come for you. Kills him, take his sword, and then kill one of the other Elites with the sword, and challenge completed. Another option is 2X Score Attack where, typically, one of the twenty-five Elites in the final wave will have a sword so you can repeat the strategy there. Finally, Arcade Attack in the Firefight playlist will have a Sword as one of the loadout options. While that definitely seems like the easier path, you need to complete the entire game for it to count so it will likely take longer to complete.
