Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 8/3/11

Please subscribe above this and/or follow me on twitter! Have any ideas or comments about the challenges? Post them down below!

The Challenges:
Gunslinger - Kill 40 enemies in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 1200cR
Well, if you go for the fifteen games played today in multiplayer Matchmaking you will have absolutely no problem hitting this number. In terms of games, it will probably take two to three games depending on the playlist you pick. My advice is to go for a gametype like Griffball and try to hammer out (hehe, that was a terrible pun) as many kills as you can. Multi Team, Big Team Battle, and regular Slayer can also get this challenge done.

Hyper Lethal Vector - Kill 100 enemies with headshots in Firefight Matchmaking. - 1000cR
This will simply require a single game in the Score Attack playlist. Gruntpocalypse is the best option since you can headshot every enemy you see. For maps, Courtyard, which you were forced to play yesterday for challenges, is a great map along with Corvette and Beachhead. If you do not get the hundred headshots in your first game, though you should be very close, load up a game of Crashsite to finish off the challenge. Once it is completed, die or let the generator explode to end the game.

Nature vs. Nurture - Kill 15 Moa in Winter Contingency on Normal or harder. - 2000cR
Load up the very first part of Winter Contingency and you will eventually see two Moa (they are near the invisible Elite if you are playing on Legendary). Kill them and then go to the main menu and hit Reload Checkpoint. This should put you right before the two Moa. Keep doing this until you hit fifteen kills. This is much easier than going through the level and getting all the Moa that way, especially since you can often miss one or two and then will have to play the entire mission over.

Put Your Quarter Up - Complete 15 games in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 1750cR
To simply play fifteen games, is a lot. It is not as bad as having to win fifteen games which was demanded of us yesterday, but it is still a lot of games. Living Dead, SWAT, and Grifball (depending on your teams) are typically the fastest games. All of them can become lengthy however if players start to camp excessively. You can also just play games in other playlists. Stray away from Objective games since those often go down to the last minute. Slayer is your friend. Hopefully you will accrue some wins here for the Weekly Challenge.
