The Challenges:
Blastin' and Relaxin' - Kill 180 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 2343cR
A hundred and eighty kills will not be terribly hard to hit in a single day, but the other challenges today will, likely, not get you to a hundred and eighty kills. You need to hit your quota of kills for the Weekly Challenge, though it is entirely possible that you are already done with the challenge. Either, after doing all the other challenges today and putting some work in one the Weekly Challenge, a simple game in Firefight Matchmaking will probably put you over the top for this challenge.

Pass the Rock - Earn 20 assists today in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 1500cR
Getting an assist requires you to deal at least forty percent damage to an opponent and then have someone else take the kill. Free-For-All or Multi Team are generally the best places to get assists as there are a lot of players and a lot of people who can take kills from you. It will be difficult to hit twenty in a single game, but it is definitely doable in two or three games. A great strategy for getting assists is to use an AR, pop you opponents shields, fire a few more shots to burn some health, and then just stop trying to kill him/her. Point your gun at someone else and hope that the kills is picked up.

Fourth Horseman - Earn 6 multikills in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 3000cR
To get this challenge completed, your best option is to play some Grifball. Any multikill is two kills within four seconds of each other up to ten kills. In Grifball, you get multikills all the time and six is likely a low number for a single game. Expect this to only take a single game and for this challenge to likely be done in the first or second round of the game. Yes, it is simply that easy.

Foggy Notion - Complete a Campaign mission on Heroic with Cloud and Famine on. - 1500cR
The Cloud skull disables your radar while the Famine skull will cut all ammunition found in dropped weapons by half. Generally, the Famine Skull does not have a great affect on gameplay but the Cloud Skull can definitely make things difficult as it becomes harder to find enemies. As usual, the easiest way to complete the challenge is to do a speed-run of Nightfall. Click here to see a guide for speed-running the level. This should take you about six to seven minutes to complete and is generally very easy.
