Halo Reach Daily Challenges Guide - 7/2/11

The Challenges:
Light Fare - Kill 100 enemies in any game mode in Reach. - 1000cR
It is a multiplayer kind of day it seems. Sadly, I have work so I will be hitting these challenges up later today, but these should all be pretty easy to pull off with only "Un, Deux, Trois" being aggravating. A hundred kills, is simply a grind to the hundred kills. They can be done in any mode so, if you get your three wins done fast, hop on over to Score Attack and load up Crashsite or 2X Score Attack to rake in the easy, easy kills.

Now I have a Machine Gun - Earn 40 kills with automatic weapons in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 1300cR
Multi Team is still the best option for this challenge simply because of the wide plethora of targets that you will encounter. Objective gametypes are always good because you can get as many kills as you want and die as much as you want without making the game end faster. But with the wide number of teams and players in Multi Team, there comes a higher chance of people stealing your kills (I mean, a high chance of you giving them an "Assist", cough, cough). So let other players get in the first hit and then you polish off the weakened enemy with your AR.

You Want This, Don't You? - Earn 10 kills with precision weapons in a multiplayer Matchmaking game. - 1250cR
A single game of SWAT should be enough to polish off this challenge. Team Snipers is also a possibility, but I still enjoy SWAT more myself. Basically, you just need ten headshots in a game where no one has shields. Does not sound too hard. If you are having trouble reaching the required number, do not be afraid to pick objective gametypes in SWAT, though they are few and far between, and that should allow you to rack up a bunch more kills.

Un, Deux, Trois - Win 3 games in multiplayer Matchmaking. - 1450cR
How wouldn't have been surprised if the required number of wins had been about ten. But, we are lucky and the number is not at all difficult to attain. You will hope to hit this number when working on the other three challenges, but games in Multi Team really drop your chances of getting wins do to the multitude of teams. Once you have the "Now I have a Machine Gun" challenge finished, head over to another playlist which you excel at and try to rack up some wins. Playing with friends is ever better since you all will probably work together more efficiently.
