And here we will use another trick that is credited to the Mythic Guide at Halo.bungie.org. Use the Checkpoints we will attempt to have both Wraiths kill themselves. You will continually drive back and forth between the two points cause them to load constantly. With any luck, both Wraiths will drive over the cliffside. See the video for further info.
I, however, was not that lucky and one Wraith still remained. Fighting a Wraith here is not hard, but it simply takes a very long time. Keep at a distance and bombard it with the Plasma mortars. You can take a single near it, but a direct hit and you are finished.
Once you see the satisfying explosion, you can hop out and mop up the smaller infantry with the Needle Rifle. Extra Needle Rifles and a Plasma Launcher are right here.
Once the light infantry is finished, unload both of the Plasma Launchers into the two Hunters. Get them to cluster if you can since more damage will be dealt that way.
Eventually, you will need to get back in the Revenant and bombard them much like the Wraith. Normally, the Falcon for the next part of the mission will drop in and distract them. The Falcon is invincible, so let it take all the fire.
Once you have succeeded in dropping both of the Hunters, board the right side of the Falcon and get ready to do some shooting.
The right side is the easier of the two side because it give you good shots at all the turrets before they have shots at you.
Focus on the turrets and once they are gone eliminate the Wraith. You can eliminate any remaining ground forces if you feel the need. They chance of them hitting you are small anyway.
Once you have cleared the turrets, sit back and enjoy the crash scene.
After the crash, it is simply you and Jorge on the ground. Use a health pack, get the DMR ammo on the ground, and grab a jetpack. Eliminate the ranged Skirmishers on the central rock ahead of you and, then, keep to the right side.
You do not need to fight most of the Grunts since they will barely notice you running past them. Keep on the right side of the pipes and go till you hit a ledge. Jet pack over the ledge and move forward.
Remember to keep out of range of the Fuel Rod Turret at the bottom of the Spire.
Clear this area at the base of the Spire of all the Grunts.
Once it is clear, charge forward and do not stop.
Go into the bottom of the Spire and jump into the lift. Time for the final part of the mission.
At the top of the Spire, the Covenant force comprise of four Ultra Grunts, two Fuel Rod Gun Grunts, and an Ultra Elite Equipped with a Sword. The latter two will cause you the most problems. Stick to the outside ring of the Spire and fire into the enemies.
Eventually the Elite will come charging out at you. When he does, use your jetpack and jump off the Spire. The idea is to get the Elite to lunge off after your.
I got lucky the third time and the Elite simply walked off the side. Remember to pump the jet pack so you do not plummet to your death.
Once the Elite is gone, avoid any Kamikaze Grunts and eliminate the others. Be careful of the Fuel Rod Grunts, but, remember that they can be headshotted.
As well, you can get close to them and they will not fire their Fuel Rods. Apparently, they like being alive. Once you have eliminated all the enemies, hit the switch and exhale in relief. Four missions down, five to go.
